Product prices are shown in US dollars. Orders ship from Hong Kong. Payment methods are shown at checkout when a payment provider is connected.
2. Product information
Live products require accurate ingredients, sizes, packaging, instructions and warnings. Screen colors may differ, but that does not remove responsibility for misdescription or faults. Review product details before purchasing.
3. Orders and payments
The final currency, product prices, delivery fees and taxes are shown before payment. Available payment methods depend on the connected provider. We notify customers and handle refunds if orders cannot be fulfilled. Extra charges require advance disclosure.
4. Delivery and returns
Orders ship from Hong Kong. Standard shipping is free without a minimum spend to supported destinations. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
5. Website content and conduct
Content and design assets are used under their relevant rights and licenses. Fraud, unauthorized system access and interference with website operations are prohibited. Third-party services have their own terms.
6. Liability and disputes
Liability and dispute handling follow the actual operating entity and applicable law. No clause excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.
7. Updates
Material changes are explained on the relevant pages. New terms do not arbitrarily alter existing order agreements retrospectively. The operating company and address are stated in section 1.
